joviespee is an online retailer operated by VIVID FASHION LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Our registered address is RM.502, NEW CITY CENTRE, 2 LEI YUE MUN ROAD, KWUN TONG, KOWLOON, HONG KONG.

Our company registered address is not a store or returns warehouse. For returns, please contact customer service for instructions and the correct return warehouse address.

Placing an order

Choose the product, size, colour and quantity, review your basket, and check your delivery and payment details before submitting an order. When you place an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout. We email you to confirm that we have received it. We accept your order when we email the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund what you paid for it.

You can request a correction or cancellation by contacting us promptly. You can still use your legal cancellation right after dispatch. Keep your order emails and a copy of the terms provided when you ordered.

Product information and availability

Use the measurements, material details and care instructions on the individual product page. Fit varies by product; do not rely solely on generic guides. Screens and lighting can affect how colours appear, but products must still match their description and meet standard quality standards. If a product becomes unavailable after you pay, we will explain the options and refund any unavailable goods; we will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Prices, delivery charges and taxes

You will see the currency, product price, discounts and delivery charge before paying. Base rates are presented in US Dollars (USD). If your payment provider converts the payment to another currency, its exchange rate and fees apply. Each discount has its own stated conditions. Price changes apply to future orders.

Product prices include applicable sales taxes where required. Any delivery charge is shown separately before you pay. We work to ensure seamless international delivery. Customs duties or local import taxes (if applicable depending on your country's regulations) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

Payment is due when you place your order using a method offered at checkout. Available methods can vary by device, location and payment-provider eligibility. Payments are processed through secure payment services. Your bank may require additional authentication such as 3D Secure. We do not guarantee that every card or wallet displayed on a particular device will be available to every customer.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping policy explains dispatch origin, delivery charges, timing and help with delayed parcels. Our Refund policy explains the first 14 days for changing your mind, returns up to 30 days with their conditions and fee, and help with product problems. Both policies are part of these terms.

Your consumer rights

Our products must meet applicable quality standards, do what they are meant to do and match their description. These terms do not take away your legal consumer rights under applicable local laws.

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order information. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or misuse payment details. Site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use them for personal shopping purposes; commercial copying requires permission unless permitted by law.

Our responsibility if something goes wrong

We are responsible for loss or damage that could reasonably be expected to result from us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not limit our responsibility for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We also do not limit any responsibility that applicable law says we must accept. These terms cover purchases for your private use.

Complaints and resolving a dispute

Send complaints to service@joviespee.shop with your order number and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond promptly to resolve any issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version provided when you order applies to that purchase. We will not use a later change to remove rights you already have.
